Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant with a successful track record in senior placements, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end executive search assignments in the construction sector.
2. Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
3. Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to construction leadership roles.
4. Create candidate briefs and market mapping reports.
5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to placement.
6. Support business development and new client acquisition in construction.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet targets and deliver results.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment.
2. Proven success in senior-level placements, preferably in construction.
3. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong understanding of talent acquisition and market trends.
5. Degree or equivalent professional experience.
6. Proficiency with recruitment technologies and candidate management systems.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
