Position: Tax Pricing Analyst

We are looking for a Tax Pricing Analyst to join a dynamic finance team in Portsmouth. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex finance projects, influence business decisions, and develop deep expertise in pricing and tax compliance.
What You’ll Do:
* Pricing Strategy and Compliance: Support the calculation, review, and communication of internal pricing policies. Monitor adherence across multiple business units to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
* Data Management and Process Enhancement: Investigate and document financial data processes, establish governance standards, and work with stakeholders to improve data accuracy and reliability. Ensure material and pricing data are complete and up to date for reporting purposes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, trade compliance teams, external auditors, and third-party partners to resolve pricing questions and support audits. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Operational and Analytical Support: Assist in updating pricing frameworks, maintain global value chain records, track entity performance, and support entity valuation and impairment testing.
* Financial Reporting and Documentation: Prepare segmented financial statements, manage retrospective pricing adjustments, maintain intercompany agreements, and provide detailed documentation to support compliance and reporting requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, cost accounting, or financial management within a multinational organisation.
* Strong expertise in SAP, particularly FI and CO modules.
* Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives, implement measurement tools, and drive sustainable results.
* Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
* Solid knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and accounting practices.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
