W hat You’ll Do:
* Support day-to-day site activities, including planning, coordination, and problem-solving
* Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Assist with health and safety compliance and quality inspections
* Prepare reports, track project milestones, and contribute to decision-making
What You’ll Learn:
* Site and project management techniques
* Construction planning, scheduling, and coordination
* Contract and risk management
* Practical application of your studies on live projects
Who We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail and initiative
* Some knowledge of construction or engineering principles
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Access to a vehicle and a full UK driving licence (or plan to obtain one)
Where you'll work:
You’ll work from one as part of our regional teams: Eastleigh (South Coast), Bristol (South West), Rugby (Warwickshire/Northamptonshire/ Birmingham), or Nottingham (East Midlands), supporting projects throughout the regional patch.

What Happens Next?
1. Initial Screening – up to 31st January 2026
Applications will be reviewed by our Training Manager, who will shortlist candidates for the next stage.
2. Telephone Interviews – December 2025 to February 2026
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a telephone interview with a member of our team.
3. Face-to-Face Interviews – February to March 2026
Candidates progressing from the telephone stage will be invited to attend in-person interviews with our regional teams.
Timeline for a Response - due to the expected high volume of applications, updates on the outcome of the initial screening will be provided within 8 weeks.
