Duties & Responsibilities:
* Working with a fast paced team booking trucks on to the terminal and organising the loading of containers to meet train departures and arrivals.
* Able to proactively adapt to a busy environment and to make real time decisions regarding the smooth running of the rail terminal.
* Use of a bespoke container booking system, administering customer emails and telephone calls.
* Organising container movement within the terminal with a team of reach stacker operators via two way radio.
What we're looking for:
* Previous administration experience
* IT Literate (good knowledge of Excel would be an advantage)
* Confident written and verbal communicator
* High attention to detail is essential
