We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Liability Data Analyst to join the Scheme Transitions Team within our Award-Winning Pension Risk Transfer business.
In this role you’ll play a key part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Pension Scheme data and help us to continue delivering outstanding outcomes for our customers. This is a hybrid working opportunity which means that you can split your working week between your home and the office to find a work-life balance that works for you.What you'll be doing:
1. Managing operational data tasks including cleansing, validation, transformation and integration
2. Consulting with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions
3. Collaborating with partners to improve data quality across systems
4. Testing and documenting processes to ensure consistency and reliability
5. Creating and maintaining audit trails for all data activities
6. Communicating key updates to internal teams and third parties
7. Supporting the development of junior team members through training and guidance
8. Contributing to the end to end delivery of Pension Risk Transfer transactions
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Demonstrable experience working with Defined Benefit Pension schemes/scheme data
10. Strong technical aptitude and advanced Excel skills
11. Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritise work to ensure timescales are met
12. Understanding of project management and testing frameworks
13. Knowledge of relevant legislation including GDPR and Treating Customers Fairly
14. A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellent customer outcomes
15. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
