Job Description
Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide helpful information.
Attend to all incoming calls professionally, striving for Total Customer Satisfaction.
Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
Duties
* Respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
* Control guest and hotel accounts, ensuring charges are accurate and posted timely.
* Follow security procedures for credit and cash transactions, issuing room keys, and maintaining guest confidentiality.
* Communicate effectively with all hotel departments verbally and in writing.
* Operate the switchboard efficiently, handling calls professionally and transferring them appropriately.
* Document and distribute internal and guest messages accurately.
* Maintain an internal phone list for transfers and record charges for international and operator-assisted calls.
* Assist in screening reservation calls and provide accurate information.
* Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales with product knowledge and selling skills.
* Support Food and Beverage services, including breakfast and bar operations.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality.
* Familiarity with Opera Cloud.
* Computer literacy.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Outgoing personality with initiative.
