Role Responsibilities
* Teach Business to KS4 and KS5 students, delivering high-quality lessons that support their learning and exam preparation.
* Develop and implement innovative and engaging teaching methods to inspire students.
* Lead and manage a designated area of responsibility within the Business department as part of the TLR.
* Support and mentor less experienced staff members within the department.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning across the school.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
Essential Requirements
* Degree in Business or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 level.
* Strong knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level Business curriculum.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students in Business studies.
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a school is desirable but not essential.
