Here at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we’re looking for a HR Advisor to support our Ground Operations area of the business. The role will be based at Leeds Bradford Airport, supporting over 1000 colleagues.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, our HR Advisor will provide generalist HR advice, support, and guidance to senior stakeholders within high-profile areas of the business. You’ll have the autonomy to implement real-life changes and improvements while working closely with the HR team.
This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and involves handling high-volume general queries or more complex issues on a smaller scale.

What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing accurate and timely advice.
* Escalating issues when necessary to ensure proper action is taken.
* Managing ER Case Management information and reporting, maintaining accurate records on HR Systems.
* Monitoring and analyzing HR Data/KPIs like attrition and sickness absence, identifying trends, and working with the HR Business Partner to address issues.
* Supporting projects and activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
* Updating HR guidance and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
* Training and coaching managers on policies and procedures.
* Staying informed on employment law and HR best practices to provide accurate advice.
* Performing additional duties as needed for smooth HR service delivery.
What you’ll have:
* Proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage and prioritize workloads successfully.
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
* Experience in a shared services environment.
* Experience in aviation or tour operator sectors is desirable.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
