Production Operator – Witham – Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting Production Operators for our client based in Witham to start ASAP.
Temporary to permanent roles.
Hours – Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 15:30, Friday 07:00 – 14:00.

Responsibilities
* Operate all relevant bending machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions
* Physical/manual work to include the movement and lifting of steel bars
* Complete production activities in order of priority
* Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications
* Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
* Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analysed
* Using measuring tapes
* Operate Overhead crane (Training provided)
Qualifications
* A good awareness of Health and Safety
* Ability to follow strict processes and procedures
* Eager to learn
* Previous production/crane experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
