Who Are We?
Working Title Meal Prep (check out our Instagram) are a small but growing meal prep business. We are currently making over 1,000 meals a week and need a skilled manager to step in and become a part of it. Our week looks like this
Monday - shopping and prepping
Tuesday - prepping, totalling orders and labelling packaging
Wednesday - cooking approx 500 meals with 70 deliveries, planning routes, delivering all over greater Manchester
Thursday - prepping, totalling orders, labelling packaging
Friday - currently we are closed on Fridays
Saturday - cooking approx 350 meals, no deliveries
Sunday - cooking approx 350 meals, 100 deliveries around greater Manchester
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and catering, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse team. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the highest standards of food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
Days: Sun-Wednesday in the kitchen
At home work, managing customer messages and totalling orders for our busy weekend services.
45 hours per week
2 weeks off at Christmas (Annual leave or unpaid)
Duties

* Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.

* Maintain inventory levels, work out shopping lists and purchase ingredients.
* Implement health and safety protocols within the kitchen and dining areas.
* Engage with customers to enhance their ordering experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with management on weekly menu planning to drive business growth.
Skills
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a meal prep business, restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
* Experience in serving customers with a focus on hospitality and satisfaction.
* Familiarity with kitchen operations, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness standards.
Must haves:
* Must have a UK driving licence and own car. All milage will be paid at 30p per mile.
* Must know how to use Microsoft Excel.
* Must be adaptable to changing processes, work days, working hours and essentially do whatever is necessary for customers to receive the orders they have paid for.
