What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience booking and coordinating service or engineering visits in a technical or field services setting.
Confident in handling customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional, friendly manner.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively between customers, engineers, and internal teams.
Comfortable using web-based systems for data entry, document uploads, and maintaining online accounts.
What You'll Be Doing:
Organise commissioning and rectification visits, liaising with customers and engineers.
Maintain and update engineer diaries, adjusting for cancellations or last-minute changes.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure all technical, site, and customer information is up to date.
Monitor system faults, arrange rectification visits, and assign engineers accordingly.
Maintain the Smart Scan portal: upload certificates, drawings, contract details, and more.
Set up and manage customer web accounts.
Ensure all pre- and post-commissioning information is captured and updated as needed.
