As we scale from 80 to 200 people, we’re growing our Customer Strategy & Engagement consulting team. We work with major brands including Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest, Nationwide, Aviva, Virgin Media O2, BT, Centrica, and GSK. We're looking for a Senior Consultant with strong consulting or industry experience in customer engagement, marketing or transformation who can think strategically while delivering practical outcomes. You’ll bring expertise in operating model design, stakeholder engagement, and driving change along with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear actionable solutions. A confident communicator with a commercial mindset, you’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders, leading workshops and operating in fast-paced environments where collaboration, adaptability and a focus on measurable impact are key. What you will be doing You will lead and support client transformation programmes by designing customer-centric operating models, shaping strategy, and embedding sustainable change across people, process, and technology. What we’re looking for Experience in consulting or advisory roles within marketing transformation, CRM or customer engagement. Strong understanding of operating model design and organisational change Ability to think strategically while delivering practical actionable outcomes Confident stakeholder manager and comfortable working with senior leaders Skilled in facilitating workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews Experience translating complex challenges into clear recommendations Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business impact Collaborative, adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments About you As a good strategic thinker and the ability to drive impactful transformation for our clients we are also looking for you to have: 5–10 years’ experience in consulting or a relevant in-house role Expertise in customer engagement, marketing, or transformation initiatives Strong capability in operating model design and strategic roadmap development Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with credibility Experience leading workshops and facilitating discussions Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery focus Capability of thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a drive to deliver meaningful change Join us as a Senior Consultant and play a key role in shaping and delivering transformative, customer-centric solutions for leading organisations.
