We’re looking for a Test & Inspection Technician to join our small Salisbury team and support our commitment to excellence in product quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement. You will perform Test & Inspection activities to correct standards and specifications while working flexibly across production, inspection, and test departments depending on business needs. Hours 07.45am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday 07.45am -12.45pm Friday (1 Friday off every 4 weeks!) Plus optional overtime available! Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Working flexibly across production, inspection, and test areas based on business priorities. • Ensuring all test and inspection activities support on‑time delivery of products. • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and supporting 5S initiatives. • Completing inspection, test, stage inspection, and final inspection activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate. • Carrying out MK testing processes, recording issues, rework, and improvement opportunities. • Performing tooling and equipment calibration in line with company procedures. • Conducting annual PAT testing for all equipment. • Monitoring production and quality processes, raising logs, and highlighting improvements.
