Shift: Double Days (Mon-Fri)

We''re recruiting for a leading manufacturer that''s on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer to strengthen their engineering team. Whether your background leans electrical or mechanical, the maintenance engineer will need to be confident working across both disciplines to keep things running smoothly on-site.
You''ll be responsible for a mix of reactive and proactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and ensuring equipment downtime is kept to a minimum. Your input will also be crucial in improvement projects, contributing to long-term fixes and smarter ways of working. Responsibilities
* Carry out a mix of reactive and proactive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly on-site.
* Diagnose faults and minimise equipment downtime.
* Contribute to improvement projects and implement long-term fixes.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and smarter ways of working.
* Engage in hands-on training and development opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
* Solid engineering background (electrical or mechanical bias).
* Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification.
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Confidence fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems.
* Proactive mindset and willingness to be part of continuous improvement initiatives.
