Role: Sales Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Hours: Monday – Friday – full time
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience

What you’ll be doing in the sales coordinator role:
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing and issuing quotations
Providing first-class customer service to all customers
Handling enquiries and following up proactively
Building strong product knowledge across the full range
Managing and resolving complaints professionally
Overseeing the administration of all sales and purchasing documentation
Working closely with other departments including warehouse, accounts, sampling, technical, and purchasing
Following up on sample requests and quotations to drive results
Supporting your team to achieve key performance targets (KPIs)

Confident administration and numerical skills
Calm and efficient when working under pressure
A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Proven experience in a sales support or office-based role
