We are supporting a variety of primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Telford with the recruitment of experienced Site & Facilities Supervisors. Schools are looking for motivated individuals who can ensure their premises are maintained to a high standard while supporting the smooth running of the school site.
Key Responsibilities
* Opening, securing, and monitoring school premises
* Carrying out planned maintenance and basic repair work
* Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and security across the site
* Supporting compliance with health and safety procedures
* Assisting with contractor management and site access
* Preparing rooms and halls for school activities and events
* Reporting site concerns and maintenance issues promptly
* Supporting wider facilities and operational requirements across the school
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience within school site supervision, caretaking, or facilities roles
* Experience within primary, secondary, or SEN schools is desirable
* Strong understanding of health and safety responsibilities
* Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
* Practical maintenance and premises management skills
* Flexible and professional approach to work

* No training will be provided
* Candidates must be capable of undertaking duties immediately
* Enhanced DBS clearance is essential for all roles
* Candidates without an Enhanced DBS will be expected to obtain and fund their own DBS
