Overview
E&I Technician / Warrington / Aerospace Industry / £30k + benefits and clear progression
Are you looking to use your Electrical and Instrumentation skills to kickstart your career in the fascinating and ever-evolving Aerospace industry?
I'm working with a consultancy that's seeking someone with a keen professional and personal interest in electrical engineering — particularly someone eager to develop skills in instrumentation, even if you don't already have experience in that area.
While this is a practical, hands-on role, it's heavily project-focused — giving you the unique opportunity to see your efforts directly shape and deliver real-world outcomes from start to finish. Not your normal 9-5...
Responsibilities
* Setting up test rigs
* Carrying out electrical and instrument installations
* Being heavily involved in FAT tests and commissioning
* Performing pressure and heat tests (instrumentation)
* Calibrating and recalibrating instruments
This role offers the perfect springboard to gain exposure to a highly regulated sector. With project work being carried out for the European Space Agency, you'll be responsible for documenting and owning critical processes. This will give you the chance to showcase your communication and organisational skills — and to truly stand on your own two feet.
There is also a long-term plan for this role to succeed the current team lead. So, if you're looking to join a company that's committed to investing in your growth and development — with clear opportunities to progress in a highly competitive industry — apply now.
