The Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for key strategic recruitment initiatives, including market mapping, direct headhunting, and resource planning for upcoming projects within the business. Your focus will be to achieve KPIs set for your designated regions, such as direct vs. agency percentages, savings generated through direct recruitment, and time to hire. You will report monthly on your region's success and metrics such as Diversity and Inclusion.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the continuous improvement and maintenance of the ATS to ensure effective engagement across the group.
2. Regular liaison with hiring managers across the Group regarding roles approved via the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring key information is passed to the wider Recruitment team for advertising purposes.
3. Conducting regular reviews with your region's directors to assess recruitment campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and address critical requirements.
4. Forecasting recruitment needs for your regions by analyzing upcoming projects and current staffing levels to ensure appropriate planning.
5. Engaging in direct headhunting across your regions.
6. Creating market mapping tools and talent pools to reduce time to hire across Vistry.
7. Supporting the Head of Recruitment with wider strategic projects.
8. Collaborating with People Business Partners to monitor staff retention, analyze trends, and develop strategies to improve retention rates.
9. Assisting with succession planning for senior vacancies.
10. Providing support and mentoring to the wider Recruitment team.
11. Serving as a professional point of contact for recruitment support and advice for all hiring managers.
12. Monitoring candidates and CVs via the ATS, forwarding suitable candidates to hiring managers.
13. Organizing talent events such as careers fairs, networking events, and open days, focusing on 'out of industry' candidates like ex-military and early careers.
14. Rolling out recruitment communications across regions and the wider Group via email and internal platforms.
15. Developing creative strategies to promote Vistry Group in the community and enhance the employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
16. Supporting group-wide projects such as the applicant tracking system and careers website development.
17. Collaborating with People Development Business Partners and the Head of Recruitment to deliver recruitment best practices and training to hiring managers.

Candidate requirements:

* Ability to source candidates using proven methods and technology.
* Experience managing high-volume vacancies from creation to offer, up to 100 vacancies simultaneously.
* Experience with internet mining and social networking to identify qualified candidates.
* Resource planning experience, including forecasting recruitment needs.
* Knowledge of Employee Selection Procedures and techniques.
* Experience developing recruitment strategies, managing projects, and reporting metrics.
* Understanding of employment law, GDPR, and IR35.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Self-starter with autonomy.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Resilience in challenging situations.
* Willingness to work beyond normal hours as needed.
* Full UK driving license and ability to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.

Desirable skills include experience in offer processes, onboarding, and the residential/construction industry.
