£45,000 to £55,000 Basic Salary + £70,000 OTE

My client is a leading software company experiencing rapid, continuous growth. As part of their expansion, they’ve created a new Renewals Team, and are now looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee its success. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic, supportive company known for its strong culture, clear progression routes, and regular company events.
The Role:
As a Renewals Team Leader, you will manage and support a team of Renewals Account Managers, ensuring they meet targets, deliver exceptional client service, and drive customer retention. Alongside your leadership duties, you’ll also manage your own pipeline of high-value renewal clients, helping to set the standard for performance and client engagement.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a renewals or account management role
* Demonstrated team leadership or mentoring experience
* Proven ability to manage a high volume of client accounts
* Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
* Motivational, supportive, and organised leader
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of Renewals Account Managers
* Manage a personal pipeline of clients nearing contract renewal
* Coach and develop team members to improve performance
* Monitor KPIs, run team meetings, and report to senior leadership
* Build rapport with clients, understand challenges, and handle objections
* Oversee accurate CRM updates and renewal documentation
