Job Title: Receptionist
Salary: GBP14 per hour
Schedule: Full:time, Tuesday : Thursday 08:00 : 16:30
Location: London
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform ad hoc front:of:house duties, including welcoming guests, issuing passes, and assisting with visitor management and events.
* Suppor employees and contractors with general FM queries, assist with allocating Soft Services workplace work orders in Spacewell, and complete CAWS (Control of Work System) approvals for all tasks.
* Conduct meeting room checks, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for Security, and oversee the FM site shared calendar.
* Support health and safety tasks, including regular site walks, maintaining systems (e.g., DSE records, X matters, distribution lists), new starter onboarding, and site inductions.
* Support with fire drills, evacuation procedures, and incident reporting.
