Support Events: Support open days, intake days, and departures, ensuring these events run smoothly and contribute to a positive student experience.
Administrative Support: Contribute to various back-office functions, providing administrative support to the Management Team.
Handle customer enquiries via email, website, telephone, and in person. Operate a professional helpdesk and telephone service, responding promptly and helpfully to student queries.
Support lettings/sale activity and drive resident satisfaction by delivering cheerful and attentive service to students, consistently maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the student accommodation sector.
Customer Care: Exceptional customer care abilities with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
