About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join our growing talent pool, supporting a range of primary and secondary schools across Battle and St Leonards. What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students access the curriculum
* Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential)
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for education and inclusion
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable
