Salary: £25,863.26 per annum
Reporting: Operational Manager – Early Intervention and Prevention
Contract: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) until 30th April 2026

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and confident keyworker to support families, adults, and households in making positive, lasting changes. You will lead Early Help assessments and work closely with clients to develop skills to manage challenges related to mental health, housing, finances, relationships, and parenting.
This hybrid role involves working from our central Oldham office, as well as visiting clients at their homes and within the community. Experience managing a caseload and using digital recording systems is essential. We offer excellent training, strong partnerships, and a supportive management team.
