St. Andrew's Benn CE (VA) Primary School are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This position is subject to an enhanced criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (formally CRB) which will require you to disclose details of all unspent and unfiltered spent reprimands, formal warnings, cautions and convictions in your application form. Your appointment will also be subject to two educational references. We would love to invite you to join our fabulous school family and support some of our wonderful EYFS and KS1 pupils as they continue their journey at our school. If you have previous experience of working with children with additional needs, especially those on the ASD spectrum, then this would be an advantage, but picking the right person for our school and the child is most important. The position will be available whilst the children are on roll at our school. They are currently in EYFS. We are looking for someone who is: flexible, hard working, a true team player, enjoys the variety that such a position can offer, can work independently with a child on a 1:1 basis, willing to try and learn new things and the ability to find the positives, even on those tough days. Most importantly, you must adhere and agree with the values of our school. In return we can offer you a school that is truly about the whole child, that values the mental well being of all its stake holders (including a day in lieu for your birthday!), training, a school family and a relentless push to always do our best by all our children. Interview will be on the 30th June 2025 (with the job to start the w/b 1/9/2025) Visits to the school are welcome. Please email or call or arrange an appointment. To apply for this post, please complete the Warwickshire County Council application form – no CVs will be accepted. Please email your completed application to admin3591@welearn365.com
