Key Responsibilities:
In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate support to our elderly clients during both their morning and evening routines, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout their day.
You’ll be assisting with:
Morning routines: Helping clients start their day with confidence, offering support with personal care, preparing breakfast, and organising their day ahead.
Evening routines: Ensuring clients settle in comfortably, assisting with light housekeeping, preparing meals, prompting bedtime medication, supporting with personal care such as washing or changing, and helping them get ready for a peaceful night.
Beyond the essentials, your role might include:
* Running errands or doing quick grocery trips.
* Providing sensitive dementia care with patience and empathy.
* Offering vital emotional support and companionship.
* Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings to help them stay active and engaged.
