Job Overview We are seeking to appoint two Family Support Workers to deliver our Community Family Support Service across South Staffordshire and Stafford. Our vision is to provide Early Help at the earliest opportunity, improving outcomes for children and young people while reducing the need for specialist or crisis services. You will work directly with families using a range of evidence-based tools and approaches, including Early Help Assessments, Parenting Programmes and Outcome Star, to support sustainable change. Strong communication and engagement skills are essential, as you will work closely with schools, statutory services, community organisations, and families. Key Requirements NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or above Experience of working with children, young people and families Ability to work in partnership with multi-agency professionals Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively Ability to meet deadlines and work to service target Additional Information Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia Support Project is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
