The Organisational Behaviour (OB) group at London Business School is currently seeking to fill 1-2 tenure-track positions. We are looking for exceptional scholars with a focus on organisational behaviour, informed by related disciplines such as psychology and sociology, who wish to collaborate with our outstanding faculty in a unique environment. London Business School is highly international and located in London, providing access to business, culture, and government.

Current research topics include decision making, diversity, emotions, gender, identity, leadership, mindsets, morality, negotiations, organizational culture, personality, power and status dynamics, self-regulation, social networks, teams, and trust. Our faculty includes Minseo Baek, Daniel Cable, Daniel Effron, Elinor Flynn, Lynda Gratton, Ben Hardy, Herminia Ibarra, Ena Inesi, Selin Kesebir, Ussama Ahmad Khan, Gillian Ku, Thomas Mussweiler, Kathleen O’Connor, Randall Peterson, Aneeta Rattan, and Niro Sivanathan. We also collaborate with scholars in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
The OB group offers a supportive research environment with access to leading global companies, many of which have a presence in London. The school provides excellent research funding, administrative support for grant applications, and a world-class behavioural research laboratory, along with extensive library facilities through the University of London and the British National Library.
