Key Responsibilities: Supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion Drafting legal documents including contracts, transfers, and completion statements Conducting searches and reviewing reports Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders Assisting with Land Registry and SDLT submissions Managing administrative duties and keeping case files up to date Requirements: At least 6–12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing (either in a paralegal or assistant capacity) Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and client care abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with case management systems is desirable
