About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our Communications team. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic internal communications that enhance ICIS's brand reputation, drive employee engagement, and support business objectives. This role requires a proactive communicator with a strong background in corporate communications, a proven track record in internal communications, excellent writing skills, the ability to develop creative and engaging campaigns, and collaborate across business functions.
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the development and execute on comprehensive internal communications strategies that align with ICIS's purpose, business goals and values.
2. Craft compelling content for internal audiences, including stories, blogs, speeches, presentations, and executive messaging for leadership.
3. Create engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, employee engagement initiatives, company announcements, and leadership communications.
4. Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic messaging and thought leadership campaigns.
5. Track and report on communications performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in corporate communications.
7. Partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for organizational initiatives.
8. Drive employee engagement by developing and executing campaigns that celebrate company achievements, milestones, and cultural initiatives.
9. Manage and enhance internal communication platforms and tools to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.
10. Provide strategic counsel to leadership on internal communication best practices and employee engagement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Considerable experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field.
3. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.
4. Experience working with senior executives to develop messaging and communications strategies.
5. Exceptional stakeholder management skills across teams and the broader business.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
8. Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
