We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to join our successful team and gain in house recruitment experience
This is a 6-month temporary contract role
Working Hours: Hybrid
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home
What is involved
Full recruitment cycle management and lead search strategy creation and execution for a wide range of positions.
Be a talent market advisor and consultant to hiring teams.
Work closely with the HR Team and develop strong relationships with stakeholders
Ensure process and hiring teams are providing an exceptional candidate experience, and be a STERIS brand ambassador to candidates, presenting a positive and compelling company image
Leverage the full range of tools and sources available to you to generate a diverse and qualified talent pool.
Required Experience
2 years’ experience in a recruitment or sourcing role
Must have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards
Skills
Highly organised
Customer focused and excellent telephone manner
Problem solving
