We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment and Outreach Officer. You will support the Student Recruitment and Outreach team in organising, delivering, and evaluating outreach activities to meet the University’s Access and Participation Plan and recruitment targets. This involves developing in-school and online provision, including workshops, activities, and presentations to engage students, parents, and teachers. You will have the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving and professional Marketing and Student Recruitment team.
You should have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with young people. You will be involved from inception to delivery of events, including managing a team of Student Ambassadors on the day. The role requires frequent local travel and some UK-wide travel to work at events. A full clean driving license and DBS clearance are essential. You must be prepared to work evenings and occasional weekends as required.
