We are now recruiting YOU to join our Cornwall-born seafood specialist, Chef Tom Brown who has recently re-joined The Capital Hotel after branching out his own Michelin star restaurant 'Cornerstone'. This amazing opportunity will be based at The Capital Hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge in London.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Coordinate staff, creating staff rotas
* Handling customer enquiries and bookings ensuring they have a great experience
* Oversee stock levels and ordering
* Managing budgets
* Comply with restaurant health and safety regulations and standards
* Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and bar
* Ensure all guests feel welcome and appreciate the professional standards of the restaurant
* Inform customers about all menu items available and make recommendations based on their preferences / allergens and special requests
* Efficiently manage cash handling procedures and record transactions
* Maintain positive and professional communication with management team
* Recruiting, training and supervising staff

More about You:
·You will have experience of working in a restaurant or hotel
·Possess a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills
·Strong listening, speaking and communication skills
- WSET Level 2 (desired)
Minimum 2 years experience as Manager in Food and Beverage
