To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. About the Role:
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed
* Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team is central to your leadership
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
* Be passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring and motivating others, creating a positive working atmosphere
* Possess exceptional commercial understanding to create a great shopping experience
* Work effectively in a results-driven, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change and bringing the team along
* Communicate well with all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills, make sound decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas
* Handle people issues confidently
* Plan, organise, and prioritise workload effectively
