Customer Service Advisor - Warrington at TieTalent

Where: EE Warrington Contact Centre

Salary: 37.5 hours per week (Full time) - £25,087.00 (£12.82 p/h), rising to £25,684.00 (£13.12 p/h) at 8 months in role

Shift Pattern: 12 hour shift pattern, with every other weekend off

Start Date: 3 November 2025

Join our Broadband Technical Team in Warrington to help customers with broadband tech-related queries over the phone. Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries related to broadband technology over the phone
* Provide problem-solving support, resolve issues, and own appropriate cases
* Build relationships with customers, delivering a helpful and calm service
* Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions


Qualifications

* No specific experience required; training provided
* Natural helpfulness, calm demeanor, and ability to build relationships
