Your new role
1. Support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate and timely EMEA payrolls across multiple international entities.
2. Process payroll changes including new starters, leavers, and contractual amendments.
3. Ensure all payrolls are accurate,pliant, and aligned with internal audit and control frameworks.
4. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to resolve payroll queries and ensure smooth delivery.
5. Contribute to payroll projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and data validation.
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll operations across all regions.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Strong experience working within aplex payroll environment.
8. Solid knowledge of UK and EMEA payroll processes, regulations, and legislation.
9. Confidence using payroll systems, with proven payroll accounting skills.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and amitment to accuracy.
11. Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment when handlingplex payroll queries.
12. Strong stakeholder management skills, providing clear and accurate advice at all levels.
13. Excellentmunication skills and a strong customer‑focused approach.
14. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while managing tight deadlines.
