A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Coordinator to join a successful and well-established company based in St Albans.
You will help manage key accounts and help to develop new business by developing ranges and sourcing new products.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage communication with suppliers and factories.
· Coordinate new product development and sourcing.
· Research market trends and product categories.
· Prepare briefs, reports, and customer quotes.
· Collaborate with design and QA teams on concepts, packaging, and quality checks.
· Maintain sample records and ensure packaging accuracy.
· Handle documentation and support product setup and delivery.
· Organise samples and assist with meeting preparation.
What the employer is looking for:
· Minimum 2-3 years experience, ideally within buying / production experience
· Attention to detail essential
· Comprehensive in Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent organisation and communication skills
· Good multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills
