We’re hiring ambitious, driven individuals to join our Leeds team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs) – a key role focused on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
The Role
As a BDR, you’ll sit at the top of the sales funnel, responsible for creating opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
You’ll Be
* Prospecting and engaging new business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Qualifying leads and identifying client needs
* Booking high-quality meetings for the senior sales team
* Building and managing your own pipeline
* Gaining a strong understanding of markets, industries, and customer challenges
This is a high‑impact role where your work directly contributes to revenue.

The Package
