You are well-versed in fire safety, damp and mould issues, and building safety regulations. Your excellent communication skills make you effective in stakeholder management and report writing. What the Job Involves In this role, you will carry out detailed inspections of social housing properties and communal areas, assess the quality and completion of major works, and identify maintenance issues such as damp and mould, fire safety, and structural concerns. You will recommend future maintenance requirements, work closely with contractors to ensure standards are met, and sign off completed works. Providing expert advice to the Planned Maintenance Team and maintaining accurate reports and documentation are essential parts of your responsibilities.
