We offer competitive pay, benefits, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.This is a full-time, non-exempt position.DutiesPrepares Youth for SuccessPlans and manages programs supporting Youth Development Outcomes.Sets program objectives aligned with organizational goals and mission.Oversees daily program activities ensuring standards and goals are met.Ensures compliance with NH Childcare Licensing Bureau requirements.Encourages member participation and skill development in various activities.Demonstrates leadership to promote safety, conduct, and development of members.Program Development and ImplementationMaintains program goals ensuring health and safety standards.Evaluates programs regularly, tracking outcomes and responding to member needs.Manages program expenditures within budget.SupervisionAssigns and monitors work of staff and volunteers, providing feedback and training.Maintains records, reports activities, participation, achievements, and issues.Ensures effective performance of staff and volunteers.Oversees special events and increases program visibility via social media and communications.RequirementsCandidates must be at least 20 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
