The successful candidate will work closely with the Early Help Team and other stakeholders to ensure the effective coordination of Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This hybrid role requires attendance at the Barnsley office on Mondays and Thursdays. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of EHCPs in line with statutory duties. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, including sensitive and emotive cases. Provide comprehensive advice and guidance on SEN processes to internal and external stakeholders. Administer statutory assessment panels, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking. Assist with documentation for panels, appeals, and tribunals.
