You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, and external stakeholders to keep everything running seamlessly. This is a role for someone organised, proactive, and confident — someone who takes ownership and enjoys building strong working relationships. What You’ll Be Doing Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing queries professionally and confidently Serve as an escalation point and liaison between Sales and Operations Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Attend customer review meetings and conference calls as required Coordinate and monitor vehicle movements to meet contractual timeframes Process and manage vehicle collection requests from vendors Ensure all vehicles are collected within designated SLAs Support day-to-day operational delivery across centralised accounts Produce accurate vehicle updates and account reports Compile and distribute internal and external reports Maintain and update systems with precision and attention to detail Identify potential sales opportunities within accounts Support relationship management and customer retention Contribute to service improvements and operational efficiencies What We’re Looking For You’re confident speaking to customers at all levels and can handle escalations calmly and professionally.
