Role Profile:
Our purpose is to keep customers moving smarter. You will be at the core of our operations, either on the frontline assisting customers or supporting back-office functions, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.
Frontline: Handle bookings, resolve complaints, answer queries via call, email, or chat, delivering excellent customer experiences with confident communication skills.
Customer Support Administration: Maintain records, compliance, data entry, and trend analysis, primarily via email or chat, with limited phone interactions.
