My client are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Telesales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, build relationships with prospects, and ultimately close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
The company hours are:
Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5pm, Friday 8.00 – 4.30pm (30 minutes lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
* Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs, interests, and buying potential.
* Present and explain product or service features and benefits to potential customers.
* Overcome objections and address concerns to effectively close sales.
* Accurately record and maintain customer information and sales activity.
* Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and achieve collective goals.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to better position our products or services in the market.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in outbound telesales or a similar sales role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
* Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales targets.
* Familiarity with sales processes.
