* Create 25 original social media reels each month for TikTok and Instagram
* Post 10-20+ times per month on our TikTok account
* Engage with followers through comments, reply videos, and feedback
* Stay on top of trends and incorporate the latest sounds, hashtags, and styles
* Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with Mindgrasp’s brand
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for TikTok and short-form video creation
* Proven experience creating TikToks or Reels with engagement
* A dynamic, charismatic, and approachable personality that shines on camera
* Ability to create high-quality content with attention to lighting, framing, and storytelling
* Creative, proactive mindset and eagerness to explore trends
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
