Our client is a large and highly regarded professional services firm with a growing Asset Management consulting practice. Due to continued expansion across complex transformation programmes, they are seeking a Director-level Technology & Data Migration Lead to take ownership of technology and data migration strategy across major engagements.

Who should apply?
This will suit a senior technology or data migration leader currently operating at Director level (or a strong Associate Director ready to step up) within Financial Services consulting or Asset Management environments.
* 12+ years’ experience leading data migration, integration and technology operations within Financial Services
* Strong background in Asset Management transformation programmes
* Experience defining migration scope, tooling strategy and integration frameworks
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-facing strategy
* Strong stakeholder credibility at executive level
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into the Partner leading the programme, you will own the technology and data migration workstream within a complex multi-stream transformation.
* Data Migration Strategy – Define migration scope, tooling requirements and phased delivery approach aligned to onboarding and transition plans
* Integration Leadership – Drive cross-system integration planning and map dependencies across the technology estate
* Technology Operations Readiness – Ensure operational and platform readiness ahead of transition milestones
* Architecture Oversight – Provide operating model and systems integration leadership where required
* Delivery Planning – Produce a structured migration plan including readiness gates and stage controls
* Stakeholder Alignment – Engage senior technology and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across workstreams
* Risk & Dependency Management – Identify integration risks and manage critical path technology dependencies
