Join our EMEA Client Onboarding & Service (COS) team as a Client Onboarding Senior Associate. Your expertise in cash management and project management will be pivotal in delivering high-quality client experiences. Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the success of Global Corporate Bank clients.
This role involves overseeing the onboarding and setup of core cash management services, managing the entire implementation process, and working closely with teams such as KYC, Sales, Product, and Client Service to ensure high-quality client experiences.
Responsibilities include:
* Implement global Cash Management solutions in EMEA.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, acting as the central point for internal and external stakeholders.
* Partner with sales, product, client service, and operations teams to deliver successful projects.
* Develop and maintain project plans, guide clients through tasks, and host regular client meetings.
* Ensure timely delivery of solutions, escalate issues, and support team colleagues.
* Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, driving initiatives as a process expert.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience with corporate or financial institution clients and strong client servicing skills.
* Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively, influence positively, and resolve issues effectively.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
