Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
* Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
* Assist with catering events, including setup and breakdown of service areas.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, adhering to food safety standards.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
* Support barista duties as needed, preparing coffee and other beverages to specification.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with catering services is advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is required to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Experience in serving or barista roles will be beneficial in delivering quality service.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.41 per hour
