About The Role
We're seeking a proactive and passionate Social Impact Manager to lead the delivery of community-focused initiatives across infrastructure projects in East Coast Scotland. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and local stakeholders to design and implement programmes that create lasting social value and align with our Building New Futures strategy.

What you'll be doing

* Develop and deliver Social Impact Action Plans for regional projects
* Engage with local communities, schools, colleges, and third-sector organisations
* Facilitate apprenticeships, work placements, and volunteering opportunities
* Align initiatives with client priorities and Scottish Government policy
* Build partnerships with local authorities and supply chain partners
* Support work-winning efforts with social impact proposals and local intelligence
* Monitor and report on KPIs, outcomes, and impact using internal systems
* Create communications content and support award submissions
* Collaborate with colleagues across Scotland to share best practice

Who we're looking for

* Experience in social impact, stakeholder engagement, or community development.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of sustainable procurement and Scottish Government policy.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Comfortable working across diverse teams and external partners.
* Passion for inclusion, diversity, and making a positive difference.
