Our client is a well established, independent estate agency in Cambridge, currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their office. Our client has grown from strength to strength and have a roadmap for success in the future as part of their expansion plans.
The Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced property professional, who will have to be able to adapt quickly and work within a fast-paced environment. This diverse role involves the following key responsibilities:
* Booking and conducting viewings
* Registering applicants accurately, whilst adhering to GDPR compliance
* Liase with applicants and landlords
* Assist with the registration and referencing paperwork
* Negotiate on lettings, achieving the best possible outcome for all parties
* Canvassing for new lettings opportunities
* Promoting the business
* Marketing properties
* Generating new business opportunities
Requirements
Candidates will have the following skills, attributes and experience:
* At least 12 months' experience in a similar role within the property industry
* Strong negotiating skills with a proven track record
* Well presented and professional individual
* Ability to build rapport with clients and applicants
