Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently to ensure smooth seating arrangements
* Take customer orders accurately and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
* Assist with food preparation and plating as needed to support kitchen operations
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout shifts
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of service
* Support catering events or banquets by setting up, serving, and clearing tables as required
* Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Skills
* Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
* Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and proper hygiene practices
* Ability to serve efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
* Food industry knowledge including catering, dietary considerations, and beverage service (e.g., barista experience) is advantageous
* Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or special events as needed
